On August 9th 2018 newbuilding 520 - Apollo, constructed by Uljanik Shipyard, was delivered to the client GeoSea Luxembourg S.A..
This is the first self-propelled platform built in Uljanik and the first highly sophisticated ship of this type built in Croatia. The Apollo platform is equipped with four 106.8 m long legs that allow it to work at depths of down to 70 meters. The design, construction and technological performance of the legs were among the key elements for which Uljanik was chosen to build the ship. Because of the required features and functionality, the construction of the platform legs was a technological challenge for Uljanik Shipyard, who formed a special team to complete this extremely challenging part of the ship.

Hull No. 514, „Siem Ashanti“, a car carrier designed for transport of 7.000 vehicles built for the company AUTO MARINE TRANSPORT INC., was launched in 3. MAJ Shipyard, Rijeka, on 19th May 2018 from the slipway No.2.
